Downloaded it from steam this morning just to satisfy my curiousity.

DONT BOTHER! Wasted 10 mins of my life waiting for it to download. Multiplayer games allow you to grow a beard before loading. Point and click POS

In essence I'd rather rub my balls with a rusty cheese grater and then dip them in a bowl of vinegar for afters.

It's not even that pretty so gamplay 2, gfx 4. Could do better!

If you fancy wasting 1.5gb of HDD space just for the demo then its a must.

WELL it is a Demo plus new updates are out for it soon its a pretty good game i would give it overall a 7/10 for being different plus gfx wise can look twice a better with a good system

the game has quite a hard steep learning curve you need to give it a while to learn each species as bob will tell you

seriously you wont get it in a hr or 30 mins also the graphics are very good if everything on full blast and high res. also dx11 isnt in the demo which will be even better.

master species in it and its a great laugh and i can see it being a very good game but they should of explained te controls better to nablets who rage hard

the alien is pretty hard to get used to at first but once you get to grips its the bollox. same as the predator. guy we play with was a predator all day yesterday . he can cloak and do alll the specials without thinking and it is very good. marine is under powered tbh but easy for new people to get into.

the lobby thing is a pain but they released two patches i think yesterday for a demo already and they have already confirmed its dedis for the retail game.


can i ask what card and cpu you playing on and res ?

i only ask cause in the latest battlefield game ive noticed everyone who has a low end dualcore or lower end graphics card hates it and all the ones with quads and a card good enough to run it love it weird that !

Yeah it may well look a bit better in DX11 but I'm not holding my breath.

Had everything maxed at 1680 x 1050 and still not very impressive. Just didn't like hammer left click hammer right and melee as the only ways to attack. Little bit too constrictive for my tastes.

give it time matey . theyve fixed the lobby now so you join instantly . not bad took them less than a day and mw2 cant do it in months takes like seconds to join a game.
